Graphical MagicPrivacy Policy
Graphical Magic ("the app", "we", "us") is a desktop application for Windows, published by Graphical Magic. This policy explains what information the app collects, how it is used, and who to contact with questions.
1. Your artwork stays on your computer
Every picture, design and customer record you work with in Graphical Magic is stored locally on your own PC — in your Windows user profile — and is never uploaded to us or to any third party. We do not have access to your files, your gallery, or your customer list, and cannot see them even if you contact us for support.
2. AI features run entirely offline
Background removal and AI upscaling both use AI models bundled inside the app itself. They run using your computer's own processor or graphics card. No picture, file or image data is ever sent over the internet as part of using these features, and the app does not require an internet connection to use them.
3. In-app purchase
If you choose to unlock the full version of Graphical Magic through the Microsoft Store, your purchase is handled entirely by Microsoft. We do not receive or store your payment details, card number, or billing address — Microsoft's own privacy policy covers that transaction. We only learn that a purchase was made, so the app can unlock its features on that Microsoft account.
4. Information we do collect
We do not run analytics, telemetry or crash reporting inside Graphical Magic, and the app does not create an account or ask for your name or email to use it. If you email us for support at support@graphicalmagic.click, we keep that email conversation in order to help you, and to improve the app — nothing more.
5. Children's privacy
Graphical Magic is a professional print-production tool and is not directed at, or intended for use by, children under 13.
6. Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, we will update the "Last updated" date above and post the new version at this same address.
